Safety Analysis

This is an application that implements a systematic method for conducting safety analyses of products and industrial or occupational processes. It assists designers, engineers, and safety analysts in identifying sets of users of for a product, the tasks they will perform with it, and the potential hazards associated with the users and tasks. Once hazards have been identified, it helps the user to rank the relative seriousness of the hazards, and devise and track the status of potential remedies.

Written in C++/MFC, the application was developed efficiently by making strategic use of third-party components (an advanced grid control and reporting engine, in paticular).
